In order to make Pasta Fresca, you will need:
- 7 cups of water
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 cup semolina flour
Mix all ingredients in a pasta machine, and let it rest for at least 30 minutes. After resting the dough, you will have to pass through different pasta attachments with your pasta maker so that pasta is formed into long sheets of pasta!
